Cider house: Chefs Gerard Craft & Peter Slay will serve a koji-aged certified Black Angus Tomahawk bone-in ribeye steak (weighing between 26 and 32 ounces). It comes with foie gras dirt rice, charred garlic scapes, and bone marrow chimera churro. Prices vary depending on weight. Dia’s Room will be transformed into a tasting room and private dining area for guests to enjoy craft beer and whiskey throughout Father’s Day weekend. Sunday brunch is $35 per head and includes 11 classic brunch entrees, bread, patisserie, dessert buffet, and a selection of beverages. Herbie’s: The 2018 offerings include off-menu items (such as Lobster Mac N’ Cheese) and half-off all-day draught beer for dad.
