Bonefish Grill Father’s Day: From June 14 to Sunday, June 19, enjoy a surf & turf special. A bourbon-glazed 7-ounce center-cut filet, paired with five jumbo shrimp, is available. The Smoked Old Fashion is a combination of Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Angostura bitters, and a Bordeaux cherry. It’s smoked over oak and served with a huge ice cube. Morton’s Steakhouse: This year’s special features a 17-ounce roasted prime Rib with au Jus and whipped Horseradish Sauce. Enjoy the Man of the Hour cocktail ( pictured right) with WhistlePig Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, WhistlePig PikeBack Rye, and fresh lemon juice. Cider house: Chefs Gerard Craft & Peter Slay will serve a koji-aged certified Black Angus Tomahawk bone-in ribeye steak (weighing between 26 and 32 ounces). It comes with foie gras dirt rice, charred garlic scapes, and bone marrow chimera churro. Prices vary depending on weight. Dia’s Room will be transformed into a tasting room and private dining area for guests to enjoy craft beer and whiskey throughout Father’s Day weekend. Sunday brunch is $35 per head and includes 11 classic brunch entrees, bread, patisserie, dessert buffet, and a selection of beverages. Herbie’s: The 2018 offerings include off-menu items (such as Lobster Mac N’ Cheese) and half-off all-day draught beer for dad. Flash-fried Brussels and jumbo shrimp cocktails, grilled steak salads, sandwiches, Herbie’s burgers, fish & chip, fish & pasta, fish & fries, fish and chicken of the day, as well as a seven-ounce filet.
